Pre-Summit Event

Want to help older adults stay safe, active, and independent? Join the MOCAN Healthy Aging and Fall Prevention Workgroup on October 14, the day before the Summit, to learn how to identify fall risks, conduct screenings, connect older adults with evidence-based resources, and earn certification to train others in falls risk screening and resource identification processes.
