The Scott County Extension office has invited Dr. John Currin, DVM to host a meeting on Tuesday, September 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the extension office to discuss how to best deal with the upcoming hay shortages due to extreme heat and lack of rainfall. Hands on analysis of actual feeding options will be discussed, and producers are encouraged to bring forage samples for these examples.
