About
The Career Readiness Bootcamp is a comprehensive, hands-on training designed to prepare participants for successful entry into the workforce. Through interactive workshops and guided practice, participants will develop a polished resume tailored to their career goals, practice answering common and behavioral interview questions, and build confidence in communicating their skills and experience effectively.
The bootcamp also focuses on essential workplace habits, including time management, organization, and productivity strategies to help participants meet employer expectations. In addition, participants will learn how to dress for success, understand workplace norms, and present themselves professionally in any setting.
By the end of the bootcamp, participants will have the tools, confidence, and practical experience needed to secure and succeed in employment.
