About

The ServSafe® Manager course is a nationally accredited, 5-year food safety certification designed for foodservice managers. It meets the Nebraska requirements for a PIC to be food safety certified. The course covers foodborne illness, personal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature controls, and cleaning/sanitizing.

Fee: $130 per person (includes the class, ServSafe Manager book, and 90-question proctored exam).

Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or a missed class. Instead, arrangements can be made to have your paid registration honored for the next available class.
