This is an 8-hour food safety training and certification course designed for restaurant owners, managers, food handlers, dietitians, and dietary managers who need in-depth food safety knowledge.
You will learn how to:
- protect your customers from food-borne illness & improve food quality
- reduce liability risks
Course topics include:
- Food microbiology
- Sanitary food handling & storage
- Personal health hygiene
- Housekeeping and pest control
- Safety procedures
Register at least 3 weeks before the course. (Coursebook will be mailed prior to class if registration deadline is met.)
Cost: $155.00
Includes: lunch, breaks, training manual, and examination fee.
Exam: Up to a 2 hour exam to be taken after completion of the class.
