This is an 8-hour food safety training and certification course designed for restaurant owners, managers, food handlers, dietitians, and dietary managers who need in-depth food safety knowledge. 

You will learn how to: 

  • protect your customers from food-borne illness & improve food quality 
  • reduce liability risks 

Course topics include: 

  • Food microbiology
  • Sanitary food handling & storage
  • Personal health hygiene
  • Housekeeping and pest control
  • Safety procedures

Register at least 3 weeks before the course. (Coursebook will be mailed prior to class if registration deadline is met.) 

Cost: $155.00 

Includes: lunch, breaks, training manual, and examination fee. 

Exam: Up to a 2 hour exam to be taken after completion of the class.
