In this 2-week series, youth ages 8+ will learn how to thread the machine, sew a straight line, and experience using a variety of sewing tools. Youth will make a pillow using their new sewing skills. Class will be held Sept 30th and Oct 7 from 1:30-3:30 PM.
This workshop is open to all youth ages 8 and up, regardless of 4-H enrollment status. Location of the workshop is the Douglas-Sarpy Extension office at 8015 W Center Road, Omaha, NE, 68124.
Cost: $25 (All supplies will be provided) Youth will be able to take home the pillow they create during the class.
