Chair Yoga – 8-Week Series
Join us for an 8-week Chair Yoga class designed to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being through gentle, accessible movement. This class features stretching and mindful movement from the comfort and support of a chair, making it suitable for beginners and anyone looking for a low-impact way to stay active.

Cost:
$40 for the series.
The goal is to increase mobility, reduce stiffness, and leave feeling refreshed and energized. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
