About
Join us for a farm field day at Three Creeks farm. You will have the opportunity to get practical recommendations from Paul Weber, co-owner of Three Creeks Farm and Produce Safety Trainer, and MU Extension specialists on how to implement practices to grow healthy and safe produce.
You will learn about the laws in the United States that regulate the production of safe and healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. We will talk about the basic principles to identify contamination routes and risks on your farm. You will witness first-hand examples on how the farm minimizes contamination risks to offer safe products to consumers.
