Bill and Margie Haag Field Day

The Bill and Margie Haag Field Day is a driving tour of forest and woodlands and glades managed by the Haag family. Participants will see forests of different ages and learn how these different age classes benefit different kinds of wildlife. Resource professionals will be on hand from the Missouri Department of Conservation, the Grouse Chapter of the Quail and Upland Wildlife Federation and others to answer questions.

The driving tour is open to people of all ages. Participants will car pool with others to view the route. Several stops are planned to discuss management practices that benefit wildlife and forest health. The event is free and lunch will be provided. Location is east of Portland, MO just off of Highway 94.
