Certified Advanced Fire and Ambulance District Training: Board & Chief: An Effective Leadership Team (CP27142)

In this course, participants will learn about the expectations and responsibilities for members of the board of directors of ambulance and fire protection districts and the role and responsibilities for the chief administrator. Participants will also learn about the limitations of individual director authority.Participants will also discuss problems and solutions for problems with a member of the board of directors or with the chief administrator, including potential criminal liabilities.
