Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 1
Unlock the joy of strength training! Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 1 group sessions in a fun and supportive environment. Feel stronger, more energized, and connected as you increase your overall fitness, flexibility, and balance. Build muscle and increase bone density to reduce frailty, osteoporosis, and the risk of falls.
Cost: $60 per person
If you are age 60 or older and live in Putnam County, please contact the instructor about having your class cost covered by our generous partner, Young at Heart.
Class Dates:
June 23, 25, 30
July 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30
August 4, 6, 10, 12, 17, 20
Days/Times:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Note: Some classes will be held on Mondays & Wednesdays.
Assessment Dates:
Tuesday, June 23 – Pre-fitness assessment and paperwork
Thursday, August 20 – Post-fitness assessment and paperwork
If you are unable to attend on these dates, please let the instructor know so we can set up another time that works for you.
