Non-Tenure Track Promotion Support ISE - Session 2

MU Extension Faculty will learn about the NTT process, hear from those who have gone up for promotion and reviewed packets, and have opportunity for specific coaching about their packet.  Including:

• Gathering data
• Outcomes and impacts
• Content and format for Summary of Accomplishments, CV and other parts of the packet.
• Finding mentors and personal reviewers. 

The first session included an overview of the topic, including information about updated guidelines, followed by questions.  

The second session will include more details about all sections of the packet, and example packets from a variety of extension associate and professional faculty.  We will also spend time answering specific questions and coaching.

Faculty will be encouraged to work with their supervisor.  All NTT eligible faculty are invited and this is intended to follow the information included in the new hire orientation.
