Missouri EATs Dade County: Resource Fair, Community Conversation & Dinner

About
Join fellow community members at the Dade County Public Library Pavilion to learn about local resources, share a meal, and provide input for improving food access and supporting local farmers in the region. This gathering will help set the course for building a local food system that enhances health, builds community, and supports the local economy.
Resource providers will include:
- Dade County Art Connect (with children's activities)
- Ozark Area Community Action Coalition
- Friends of the Dade County Library
- Greenfield City Garden
- Roots and Harvest Community Market
- Frickenschmidt Foods & Lockwood Packing Company
- Lincoln University
- University of Missouri Extension
- Including live folk music!
There is no cost to attend. Registration is required. Dinner will be provided by Teri & Company Catering.
Agenda:
- 4:30 - 5:15 pm: Welcome, dinner, visit resource provider booths, live music
- 5:15 - 5:45 pm: Overview and introductions
- 5:45 - 6:30 pm: Community input
- 6:30 - 7:00 pm: Wrap-up, visit resource provider booths, live music
