Description

Both individuals and communities are filled with assets or strengths. Uncover both your individual assets and your community’s assets in this session. Begin to think about how those assets can be leveraged to create change in early child care. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the community capitals framework and asset based community development.
  • Explore your individual assets that can be leveraged to support child care change in your community.
  • Identify your community’s assets that can be leveraged to support child care change in your community.

This class is open to anyone, but is highly recommended for Economic Developers, Business Leaders, Child Care Directors, Child Care Educators, Community Advocates and Employers. Multi-sector groups promote richer conversations.
