Pressure reveals leadership. This session focuses on how leaders regulate emotion, make decisions, and influence others when the stakes are high. Participants complete the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) 2.0 Leadership Assessment to gain data-driven insight into their leadership impact, then apply those insights through guided exercises and discussion to strengthen effectiveness in real-world, high-pressure situations.

Participants will:

• Interpret their EQ-i 2.0 results in relation to leadership effectiveness, and identify specific behaviors to strengthen leadership effectiveness. 
• Analyze how emotional responses influence decisions and interactions. 
• Apply strategies to improve leadership impact.
