About
Today’s workforce is navigating competing expectations around flexibility, development, performance, and stability, and leaders at every level are feeling the strain. Engagement looks different than it did even a few years ago. Retention feels less predictable. Hiring is harder, and influence no longer comes automatically with a title.
This immersive, in-person session is designed for HR professionals, hiring managers, supervisors, trainers, team leads and operations managers who are responsible for results and people. Participants will explore what’s actually driving motivation, disengagement, and turnover in today’s environment, learn how to read employee signals more accurately, and examine where systems and leadership behaviors unintentionally push talent away.
Through real scenarios, employee dialogue, and hands-on application, this session equips leaders with practical strategies to motivate, influence, hire, and retain employees across experience levels — strengthening trust, performance, and workforce stability.

- Describe key drivers of motivation, engagement, and retention.
