2026 MU Extension Rice Conference

University of Missouri Extension is hosting the 2026 MU Rice Conference at the Bootheel Regional Planning Commission in Dexter, MO. MU Extension State Specialists will discuss research in weed, insect, and rice production management. Dr. Justin Chlapecka, University of Arkansas, will be our guest speaker discussing rice research. MU Extension Field Specialist, Randy Stephens, will discuss the market outlook. Missouri Rice Council representatives will provide policy updates. Sponsors will be on-site to visit with during breaks. Continue Education Units (CEU's) will be offered.
