Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR)- Virtual

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is an evidence-based suicide prevention program that teaches participants how to recognize warning signs, offer support, and connect individuals to help. 

Participants will learn how to:

• Question someone about suicidal thoughts in a compassionate way.
• Persuade them to seek help and offer hope.
• Refer them to appropriate professional resources.

This training is ideal for anyone who wants to be prepared to support individuals in crisis.
