Join Matthew Huchteman, Field Specialist in Horticulture, for a FREE, four-part series on growing a successful home vegetable garden from start to finish! Sessions will include both classroom presentations and outdoor education. All classes will occur from 6:00pm - 7:30pm on the first Thursday of each month (February-May) at the Dade County Extension Office (2 N. Main Street, Greenfield, MO 65661). Schedule and topics are provided below. This series is held in partnership with the Greenfield City Garden. 

February 5th - Site Selection and Soil Preparation 

March 5th – Spring / Fall Vegetables 

April 2nd – Summer Vegetables 

May 7th – Pest and Disease Management
