Our Cooking Matters programs teach smart shopping strategies and healthy cooking skills that can help you prepare nutritious, low-cost meals and snacks at home. 

This is a FREE Cooking Matters class series. It is funded by Missouri Medicaid Managed Care Organizations.

  • The course is a series of 6 online classes (one class/week) 
  • Free groceries for class recipes delivered to participants
  • Participants must be:
    • Missouri Medicaid members
    • pregnant
    • live in an eligible zip code
