Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 1

Unlock the joy of strength training! Join our Stay Strong, Stay Healthy Level 1 group sessions in a fun and supportive environment. Feel stronger, more energized, and connected as you increase your overall fitness, flexibility, and balance. Build muscle and increase bone density to reduce frailty, osteoporosis, and the risk of falls.

Cost: $60 per person

You May Qualify to Attend at No Cost
If you are age 60 or older, live in Grundy County or a neighboring county, and can attend at least 9 of the 18 classes, your class cost will be covered by our generous partner, Young at Heart.

If you do not qualify for Young at Heart coverage, you may still qualify to attend at no cost. For more information, please contact the instructor.

November 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00–6:00 p.m.

Assessment Dates:
Tuesday, September 22 – Pre-fitness assessment and paperwork
Thursday, November 19 – Post-fitness assessment and paperwork
