Caring for the Caregiver

In this session, we’ll explore how informal care-giving can impact caregivers’ mental and physical health. Participants will learn why self-care is essential—whether you’re caring for a family member, children, or a friend. You’ll also discover useful resources to support ongoing self-care for caregivers.
