Telephone Workshop

Feeling tired, overwhelmed, or isolated because of your chronic pain? The Chronic Pain PATH workshop gives you the tools to feel better. You will learn how to: 

  • Better manage pain, fatigue, and difficult emotions 
  • Evaluate medical treatments to choose which is the right one for you 
  • Make healthier food choices to manage pain 
  • Talk with family, friends, and healthcare providers about your pain

Program benefits may include: 

  • Increased energy and less fatigue 
  • Improved ways to communicate talk with your healthcare providers and family members 
  • Reduced medication use to manage pain

This workshop is free for Michigan residents. Family members, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to attend with you. 

The telephone workshop meets for 1 hour, once a week for 6 weeks. You must have a telephone to attend this workshop. When you register, you agree to attend all six sessions. Please let your facilitator know if you are going to be absent.
