About
In Mindfulness Pebbles: Practice, participants explore ways to continue practicing mindfulness in daily life. Practices include sensory anchors, mantras, gratitude, and traditional meditation; as well as building a plan for sustainable practice.
We explore mindfulness principles and practices as "mindfulness pebbles," small, intentional drops of awareness that can create meaningful ripples throughout daily life. The program provides strategies to bring mindfulness into everyday life and build a sustainable personal practice. This program is designed for all experience levels; whether you are new to mindfulness or have an established practice, you are welcome! All practices can be adapted for comfort and ability.
Session Structure:
Explore mindfulness principles related to a specific topic
Experience mindfulness practices
Reflect on the experiences
Discuss ways to integrate mindfulness into everyday life
