Winter can be a hard season for our mental health. If you are in need of a boost to your mental health self-care as we head into spring, join us for Spring Into Mental Well-Being, a 4-part series about learning to better understand our mental health and how to care for it. Participants are welcome to sign up for any or all sessions. 

Part 3 is Building Resilience to Avoid Burnout. This session will discuss the following:

  • Learn to recognize symptoms of burnout.
  • Discuss occupational burnout.
  • Learn strategies to build resiliency. 
  • Practice strategies to avoid burnout.
