4-H Day at Flintfields Horse Park is June 6th, 2026!
Come spend a day at the PREMIER equine event facility and choose one of three available Career & Tour Tracks:
- Animal Science
- Equine Sport & Management
- Creative Adjunct
Get up close and personal with leading Equine Industry Professionals and Explore a future in the equine industry!
Admission to the Horse Park, Grand Prix, and educational event is FREE to applicable 4-H Youth and immediate families registered with Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, and Manistee County 4-H!
MSU Extension District 3 4-H Programs are a partner in the 2026 Charity Ticket Program at Traverse City Horse Shows for the weekend of June 6th. One hundred percent of general admission ticket revenue from this weekend at the horse show is donated directly to our organization for the purpose of supporting 4-H Horse & Pony programs and events throughout all of District 3.
Extended Families of youth or friends can support their D3 4-H Horse & Pony youth by purchasing tickets to the $116,500 4G Surfaces Grand Prix CS13* (2pm Start) for June 6th here: {insert link}

Focused on equine health, nutrition, anatomy, biosecurity, and veterinary science. Youth engage with industry professionals and deepen their understanding of the science behind horse care and performance.

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM EDT Creative Adjunct Track
Designed for youth interested in communications, media, marketing, photography, design, and storytelling within the equine industry. This track recognizes that the horse industry extends beyond the barn and into branding, digital media, and public engagement.

Centered on facility operations, event management, stable management, and the logistics of hosting large-scale competitions. Participants gain insight into the business and infrastructure that support world-class shows.
