The PEARS Deeper Dives are for MSU Extension employees to learn how to use our reporting system PEARS.

This PEARS Deeper Dive should be attended after you attend the PEARS Crash Course. During this deeper dive you will learn how to enter Direct Contacts and how to use the CRM (Community Relationships Module).

Direct contacts are one-on-one educational interactions you have during which you provide consultation, expertise, and education. Learn more about Direct Contacts and how to report these in PEARS.

The CRM is an optional tool used to track Direct Contacts and the tool we use to track interactions with elected officials. Learn more about the CRM and how to use it in your work
