Water Bath and Pressure Canning With Confidence

This is a 1 hour class suitable for everyone interested in preserving food by canning, whether you are brand new to canning or experienced and want a refresher. We’ll cover the basics of water bath and pressure canning, share tips for our favorite pieces of equipment and walk through tested recipes so you can safely preserve fruits, vegetables and meat with confidence! Resources and handouts will be distributed.
