About

Keeping the Pressure Down empowers participants to take control of their health by adopting practical, sustainable lifestyle habits that lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.

Through our 4-week series, you will: 

  • Understand the connection between lifestyle habits and high blood pressure risk
  • Learn proven strategies to improve eating patterns and increase physical activity
  • Gain actionable tips for making healthy choices part of daily routines
  • Build confidence and motivation to start and sustain positive lifestyle changes

Dates: Thursdays from July 16 to August 6

Time: 12:00-1:00 pm

Location: Virtual through Zoom

Cost: $10.00 for the entire series (per person)
